Welcome to the SnowyGrass 24 Volunteer Work Exchange Program

Before you begin the application process, please read the FAQs and NOTE: You are required to go through the steps of paying a $15 application fee (nonrefundable) and purchasing a Volunteer ticket for $100 plus a small fee. This is 100% refundable after you have completed your volunteer shifts: On time, works each shift and all of the shift, perform duties competently.

Even if your fees are waived, you MUST STILL "purchase" a free volunteer ticket by clicking "Ticket". Please read carefully before contacting the administrator or festival with questions. Figuring things out is an important qualification for festival volunteers

Work at SnowyGrass 24 in exchange for your 3-day pass to the festival! Work with your friends, request to be scheduled around your favorite performances and in addition to an event pass, receive a code to pre-order a festival shirt for 50% off (must be ordered in advance by deadline, plus an incredible behind-the-scenes adventure!

Work Requirement - 12 hours

This is the average minimum – some work a little more, some a little less. At this time, we are not offering single-day volunteer packages. Some shifts require heavy lifting, weather exposure, standing, or walking.

Some positions may be supervisor positions

Accommodation - Camping Not Included
You may contact us to reserve camping for $130 plus $150 for a camping vehicle under 20', $170 for a camping vehicle over 20' and 26' or under, $195 for a camping vehicle over 26'. Please contact us for a link to purchase.

Parking -
Parking on-site not included unless camping is purchased. Free parking is available at the Event Center nearby
