Welcome to the SnowyGrass Music Festival 2025 Volunteer Work Exchange Program
Work at SnowyGrass Music Festival 2025 in exchange for your 3-day pass to the festival! Work with your friends, request to be scheduled around your favorite performances and in addition to an event pass, receive a pre-ordered festival shirt at at discount ($15 per one shirt) (must be ordered in advance by deadline. Volunteers signing up after the deadline can pick one available at the merch tent and receive a discount), plus an incredible behind-the-scenes adventure!
Work Requirement - 12 hours
We ask for 12 hours of volunteering to get:
4-day pass with VIP access
Parking on-site
All workshops included if not scheduled a shift
½ priced pre-ordered festival shirt. (There is a deadline for ordering and if you volunteer after the deadline, we can't help ya!)
$490 value (That’s like earning $40 an hour!)
We ask for 16+ hours to get:
All of the above
PLUS 4-Day Camping Add-On including a vehicle 20’ or under if you have one. For Larger vehicles, you will need to purchase a Vehicle Pass.
$650 value (That’s like earning $40 an hour!)
Accommodation - Camping included when 16 hours selected or contact us to purchase for $100 + the cost of a vehicle pass
